School
is back (for most...I'm actually enjoying my last week of vacation, thank
you very much) and already, your day planner is filling up with dates
to remember—tests, quizzes, projects. AHHH.
However, here is one date that you shouldn't forget this month: January
21. It's Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day.
That shouldn't mean a day off; instead, get out there and volunteer. There's
no better feeling than being able to help out your community, whether
you're mentoring someone, cleaning up an old rec center or donating materials.
Interested in volunteering, but don't know where to start?Check out www.campusphilly.org/mlkday/
for more information.
