FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK

FOR THE RECORD: Time for a little spring cleaning?

Alright, I don't know who came up with the idea of "spring cleaning," but either way, it works. There's something about the warm weather that changes people's moods and can really be a jumpstart to the whole idea of cleaning up.

Whether it's your dorm room, apartment, car, desk, computer or even your city, there's always little ways to tidy up and give things a fresh perspective. And yes, you read that right: city.

The City of Philadephia and Mayor Nutter will be hosting a
Clean Up Day this Saturday to help reduce the amount of litter and trash in the city. This is a great chance to volunteer and help give the city a new look in time for a new season!
