FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK
FOR
THE RECORD: Summer's so close (and yet I still have to wear
a jacket when I go outside).
Summer is by far my favorite season and for many reasons. The fireworks,
the fresh air, no school, the beach...I could go on and on, but I won't.
However, I'm still upset that I have to wear a jacket everytime I ventue
outside because for some reason, Mother Nature did not get the memo that
it's spring.
But despite the less than ideal temperatures, there are still tons of
great ways to get out and enjoy the city. You can always try a game of
mini-golf or get out to one of the numerous walks/runs that benefit many
great causes. Or perhaps stay tuned for some of the upcoming outdoor concerts.
There's nothing like the warm sun and some good music to relieve your
school stress!
Finally, in other news, best of luck to the Sixers and Flyers who have
made it to the playoffs.
