FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK
For the record : The Secret's Out
One thing I hate most is a secret. I don't like having to keep them and
even more so, I detest not knowing what they're about. Maybe it's because
I'm an only child or maybe it is because I can have a tendency to be...well,
nosy.
Well, thank
goodness, the secret is out! Have you heard who's playing the main stage?
This year, we have three performances—that's right,
three. Talib Kweli, The Ataris and Against Me! will all be performing.
Wait! There's
more! Besides three great performances on the main stage, there will also
be some great talent on the local stage. Jealousy Curve, Trouble Everyday,
Philly Slick and Beats and Rhymes will all perform.
That's just
the music. Did we mention the TNT Red Bull Freestyle Motorcross, the involvement
fair, skateboard demo, and college day on the parkway?
Phew. Start
resting now, because you don't want to miss a minute of the action on
Sept. 29.

information, make sure to check out www.campusphilly.org/kickoff.
