FROM THE EDITOR'S DESK

This is now:
Summer in the City!

Graduates have received their pricey papers, Memorial Day weekend has come and gone, and warm temperatures are finally here to stay. Although it won't be official until June 21, summer has definitely arrived!

There is a LOT to do in Philly this summer, so don't let yourself succumb to a Wii-filled night in the air conditioning. Get out there! You can start by penciling in *tonight* as the first First Friday of the summer, which means that art galleries are opening their doors to the beautiful weather and people on the sidewalks. Enjoy!

BTW, to help you maximize Philly's summer-fun potential, we at Campus Philly have created a special summer edition of our venue guide, the Notebook. We're distributing it to summer interns working at area companies, but if you don't fall into that group and you'd like to request one, shoot me an e-mail and I'll hook it up!
