Okay it's the week before school. Now that I'm a commuter, things have changed a bit. While most of my friends are spending their last days cramming all of their things into suitcases and boxes, I am sitting back and enjoying my last days of summer. It seems like only yesterday that I was packing for life in the dorms (and wondering about how I could take all of my CDs and DVDs with me). Though things may seem a bit stressful, don't worry. Plus, if you forget anything, you can always visit some of the many great stores right here in the city. From school supplies to posters, clothing to music, you're bound to find it. If you don't know where to start, make sure to check out the Campus Philly Notebook. It's an insider guide to some of the best places in and around the city. If you'd
like a copy of the Notebook, ask your school's student activities
office for a copy. You can also email Kara
Ashe for one, as well. Looking
for an internship? Campus Philly is currently seeking students
interested in an editorial position. For more information, please email
